General Terms

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or restrict access if misuse, fraud, or policy violations are suspected.

However:

  • Actual product colors, packaging, or presentation may vary slightly.
  • Fragrance perception may differ from person to person.
  • Limited edition or handcrafted products may contain natural variations.

All product availability is subject to stock and operational availability.

Pricing & Payments

All prices displayed on the website are in INR unless otherwise specified.

  • GST and applicable taxes may be charged additionally where applicable.
  • Prices may change without prior notice.
  • Payments must be completed before order processing or booking confirmation.

We may accept payments through:

  • UPI
  • Credit/Debit Cards
  • Net Banking
  • Razorpay or other payment gateways
  • Bank Transfer (for corporate or bespoke orders)

Odyssey Experiences, Workshops & Event Bookings

Scent India offers fragrance-led workshops, experiential activities, and customized event experiences for:

  • Corporate Events
  • Weddings
  • Social Gatherings
  • Festival Celebrations
  • Team Building Activities
  • Brand Activations
  • Private Experiences

Event bookings are subject to availability and operational confirmation.

Event Space & Setup Requirements

For experiential activities and workshops:

  • Each activity requires a minimum space area of approximately 9x9 feet.
  • Basic setup support including tables, chairs, backdrop space, and power connection should be arranged by the client unless otherwise agreed.

For outstation or outskirts events:

  • Food, travel, accommodation, and related logistical support for the Scent India team may be required to be arranged or covered by the client.

Customization & Decor

We are happy to discuss customized themes, gifting concepts, and experiential setups based on your event requirements.

Please note:

  • Customized décor, props, installations, or special arrangements may involve additional charges.
  • Final customization timelines and approvals must be completed before production or event execution.

Booking & Payment Terms

For workshops, events, and experiential bookings:

  • 50% advance payment is required for booking confirmation.
  • Remaining payment must be completed before the scheduled event date.

Additional guests beyond the agreed booking capacity may incur extra charges.

  • We can generally accommodate up to 20% additional guests depending on operational feasibility.
  • Additional guest requirements should be communicated at least 15 days before the event.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

For experiential bookings and workshops:

  • 100% refund on cancellations made 30 days before the event date.
  • 50% refund on cancellations made 15 days before the event date.
  • No refund for cancellations made within 15 days of the event.

Rescheduling requests:

  • Booking dates may be rescheduled if informed at least 20 days before the event date and subject to availability.

Shipping & Delivery

We aim to dispatch products within the communicated timelines.

However, delivery timelines may vary due to:

  • Courier delays,
  • Weather conditions,
  • Operational circumstances,
  • Festival or seasonal demand periods.

Scent India is not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics providers after dispatch.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website including:

  • Logos,
  • Brand assets,
  • Product names,
  • Images,
  • Workshop concepts,
  • Fragrance experiences,
  • Designs,
  • Text and creative materials

are the intellectual property of Scent India and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Scent India shall not be held liable for:

  • Indirect or incidental damages,
  • Allergic reactions caused by undisclosed sensitivities,
  • Delays caused by third-party vendors,
  • Force majeure events beyond reasonable control.

Customers are advised to review ingredient details and use products responsibly.

Privacy

Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time without prior notice.
