At Scent India, every product and gifting experience is carefully curated with attention to detail, craftsmanship, and quality. We truly value your trust and aim to provide a smooth and satisfying experience with every order.

Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we currently do not accept returns on:

  • Fragrances, attars, perfumes, and aromatherapy products
  • Home care and home fragrance products
  • Customized or personalized gifting orders
  • Limited edition collections
  • Workshop bookings and experiential services
  • Opened, used, or damaged products after delivery

However, if you receive:

  • A damaged product,
  • An incorrect item, or
  • A product with a manufacturing defect,

please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs and order details so we can review and assist you promptly.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, kindly email us at:

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photographs of the product and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

Once reviewed and approved, we may offer:

  • A replacement product,
  • Store credit, or
  • A refund, depending on the situation.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during checkout.

Please note:

  • Refund processing timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the error occurred from our side.
  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to reflect in your account after approval.

Cancellation Policy

Orders

Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed or shipped.

Once an order has been packed or dispatched, cancellations may not be possible.


Workshops & Experiences

Workshop, Odyssey, and experiential bookings are planned in advance and may involve limited seating.

  • Cancellations made at least 72 hours before the scheduled event may be eligible for rescheduling or store credit.
  • Last-minute cancellations or no-shows are generally non-refundable.

Customized & Bespoke Orders

Customized gifting, wedding gifting, corporate gifting, private label, and bespoke fragrance orders are specially prepared based on individual requirements.

Because of the personalized nature of these services:

  • Such orders are non-returnable and non-refundable once confirmed.
  • Changes after confirmation may not always be possible.

Exchange Requests

Exchanges are only considered in cases where:

  • The wrong product was delivered, or
  • The product arrived damaged or defective.

All exchange requests are subject to review and approval.
